- A security deposit of EUR 200 will be required on arrival. The amount is fully refundable upon check-out, subject to a damage inspection to the exclusion of any damages.
- All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10 per night (cots). Maximum capacity of extra beds is 1.
Supplements are not included in the total and must be paid for separately during your stay.

Pets Allowed?

I'm sorry, but we do not accept animals of small or large sizes in our accommodation.

What are the hours of check-in and check-out?

The apartment is available between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM . Please communicate in advance to "Atelier 237" Staff the time when you expect to arrive.                               You should necessary leave the accommodation between 09:00 AM and 11:00 AM.

Is there a parking onsite ?

Unfortunately not. Are available in the area is public parking (not guarded) but also private garage with maximum comfort and safety.

Children stay free?

Children are welcome in our lodging! Up to 2 children under 16 years stay free (in existing beds). All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10 per night (cots).

How far is the lodging from the airport and train station in Naples?

The apartment is located about 4 kilometers from Naples International Airport. Calling a taxi you should employ about 30 minutes in regular traffic days.                          The Naples Central Station is far 15 minutes walking from our house.

The apartment has air conditioning for summer and heating for the winter?

The two bedrooms and the living room each have their own air conditioner which allows the maximum summer refreshment. In winter the same air-conditioners (heat pump) allow an optimal heating in the spaces.

The accommodation is situated in a quiet area?

The "Atelier 237" apartment is located on a main road (Corso Umberto I) overlooking the same, but the position (third floor) and the fixtures provides great sound insulation environment.
